Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return request:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Because each item is made to order, return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For this reason, we encourage you to carefully review size and colour details before placing your order.

To request a return, please email us at adele@growwell.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, the quickest option is to place a new order once your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at adele@growwell.co.za.
